From the very beginning, they have been great !! Their customer service is excellent and I have an assigned technician (JOSH) who is my point person---I only have to contact him for my questions. He is very knowledgeable and in less than six months I have seen a complete change in my yard. Josh is responsive and a good representative for his employer. I am very pleased with this company and I also find their rates reasonable. They offer a wide variety of services and you can select what is right for you.
